The Security of Information and Data is a primary priority for the company in order to:

• Ensure the safe maintenance, protection, and processing of customer data and all related information.
• Ensure the full compliance of the company with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements,
• Protect the interests of the company and those who engage with it, trusting it with the use and transfer of their confidential data.
• Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information produced, received, and transmitted within its operations.

The implementation of the data processing and protection system aims at the following:

• Protection of data, computing resources, and transmitted information in the company’s services from any threat, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental,
• Systematic assessment and evaluation of risks related to data security, aiming for their correct and timely management,
• Continuous updating of management and personnel on data protection and processing issues, along with training for the staff.

For these reasons, the company develops and implements Policies and Procedures through the Information Security Management System, ensuring the integrity of information and data against internal and external risks.

The Management is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the operation of the data processing and protection system, as well as for informing all involved personnel about the Information Security Policy.

The entire company staff involved in activities and processes related to Information and Data Security is responsible for implementing the policy and the corresponding Procedures in their area of work.
