IKE aims for the effective and efficient implementation of the anti-bribery management system across the company and its subsidiaries.<\/p>\n<p data-wahfont=\"16\">CHASEKIDIS KONSTANTINOS &#038; CO. IKE has the following objectives:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To comply with the regulatory framework governing the operation of the company as defined by the Management System.<\/li>\n<li>To develop a strong compliance culture within the company that supports the recognition of compliance obligations and the corresponding risks.<\/li>\n<li>To provide all resources to meet the compliance obligations with the Management System.<\/li>\n<li>To identify existing and potential risks that may affect the adherence to the core principles of the anti-bribery management system and develop programs to address them.<\/li>\n<li>To establish control mechanisms and monitoring indicators through which the application level of the system will be monitored.<\/li>\n<li>To raise awareness among staff and partners regarding regulatory compliance, corruption, bribery, and labor relations to strengthen the company&#8217;s business values and principles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To implement the above goals, CHASEKIDIS KONSTANTINOS &#038; CO. IKE is committed to the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Continuous staff training and awareness:<\/strong> The company develops training programs for staff and establishes awareness mechanisms, expecting all employees to understand and fulfill their compliance obligations and perform their tasks in accordance with the anti-bribery system&#8217;s requirements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting and Handling of Complaints and Whistleblowing:<\/strong> The company actively encourages the reporting of complaints and whistleblowing related to compliance issues, violations, incidents of corruption and bribery, and labor relations through a specific mechanism that ensures the anonymity and protection of the whistleblower.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Continuous improvement of the Management System&#8217;s effectiveness:<\/strong> The company establishes control mechanisms and sets monitoring indicators to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Management System. The system&#8217;s monitoring is performed by the system&#8217;s responsible person, who reports directly to the company&#8217;s management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incident Evaluation Mechanism for Non-compliance:<\/strong> The company has an independent mechanism to assess incidents where compliance obligations are knowingly, deliberately, or negligently violated.
