IKE &#8220;SANELCO&#8221; on Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work, and Energy<\/h2>\n<p>The goal of <strong>\u00abSANELCO\u00bb<\/strong> is to achieve, maintain, and improve its image and reliability in the market by supplying products of consistent high quality and added value, at competitive prices, and providing effective services.<\/p>\n<p>The mission of <strong>\u00abSANELCO\u00bb<\/strong> is <strong>\u00ab<\/strong>quality and the complete and all-round satisfaction of our customers,<strong>\u00bb<\/strong> <strong>\u00ab<\/strong>the continuous prevention of pollution and accidents,<strong>\u00bb<\/strong> <strong>\u00ab<\/strong>achieving high standards of protection for both people and the environment,<strong>\u00bb<\/strong> and <strong>\u00ab<\/strong>the full and proper application of the relevant legal and other requirements.<strong>\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company <strong>\u00abSANELCO\u00bb<\/strong> aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure high quality products and services for its customers, with technical and quality characteristics that meet the applicable product standards, customer orders, market needs, while simultaneously complying with and applying all necessary Environmental Protection, Health and Safety at Work, and Energy Performance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve the quality and characteristics of the products and services provided, as well as the overall quality in all processes of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the protection of employees&#8217; Health and Safety and the safety of the facility, neighboring facilities, residents, and the environment.<\/li>\n<li>Implement appropriate methods and measures for the rational management of natural resources, minimizing environmental impacts, and eliminating injuries and accidents.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce greenhouse gas emissions to an acceptable level in order to address climate change through improved energy performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To achieve the above objectives, the Management of <strong>&#8220;SANELCO&#8221;<\/strong> implements an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work, and Energy, which complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018 standards, through effective design and monitoring methods at all stages of product and service production, and is committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and poor health.<\/li>\n<li>Protecting the environment and preventing pollution within the scope of its activities.<\/li>\n<li>Satisfying applicable requirements, compliance obligations, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, enhancing its environmental and energy performance, eliminating risks, and reducing threats to employee health and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Consulting with and involving employees, and if applicable, their representatives, on issues related to health and safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this context, the Management of the company <strong>&#8220;SANELCO&#8221;<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is systematically informed and ensures compliance with the applicable National and Community Legislation, as well as with any other requirements concerning Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and Energy issues.<\/li>\n<li>Systematically researches the market for product and service specifications and characteristics, as well as for broader customer satisfaction issues.<\/li>\n<li>Systematically researches the market for applicable practices and systems for preventing and protecting the Environment, Health and Safety at Work, and supports the procurement of energy-efficient products and services that influence energy performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the necessary human, material resources, and information for managing Quality, Environment, Energy, and Health and Safety at Work issues and achieving related objectives and achievements.<\/li>\n<li>Defines necessary roles and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Trains staff on Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work, and Energy Management issues, ensures employees are informed of their individual responsibilities, and raises awareness of these issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provides special training for site staff and subcontractor personnel on emergency response issues.<\/li>\n<li>Designs, adopts, and monitors the implementation of goals, performance indicators, and improvement programs to achieve the best possible control of the processes for product and service production in terms of quality, environmental protection, health and safety at work, and energy.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the correct application of operational procedures and periodically reviews the applied Integrated Management System.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates this Policy to all employees of the company and ensures its continuous upgrading to ensure its suitability for the purpose and operational context, support its strategic direction, and provide the framework for setting the objectives of the integrated management system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Policy is available to all interested parties outside the company and to the public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Thessaloniki, 31-05-2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Konstantinos Chasekidis<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Policy of Chasekidis Konstantinos &amp;
